2017 yılında ‘GMP Üretim Belgesi’ alan şirketimizin, %100 hissesi, 2021 yılında OYAK’ın, Kimya Tarım Sektöründe faaliyet gösteren şirketi HEKTAŞ Ticaret Türk A.Ş. tarafından satın alınmıştır.
2021 yılı ile marka kimliğinde yapılan dönüşümle “Tek Sağlık Tek Arma” mottosunu sahiplenen şirketimiz ürün portföyünü genişleterek sektördeki marka bilinirliğini arttırmıştır.
Başarılı büyümesi ile dikkat çeken Arma İlaç 2023 yılında OYAK Gıda ve Tarım Holding A.Ş. tarafından satın alınmıştır.
Veteriner Tıbbi Ürün’ üretim tesisimizde, flakon, betalaktam flakon, betalaktam toz ve tablet üretim hatları olmak üzere 4 adet üretim hattımız bulunmaktadır. Yıllık üretim kapasitemiz 11 Milyon kutudur.
