Our understanding of inclusive leadership that includes our employees in our decision-making processes, our activities in the fields of sports and arts as part of the ENKA Foundation, our encouraging practices for the participation of our employees and their families in these fields, our ENKA Academy formation, which includes trainings tailored to the needs of our employees, are some of the investments we have made so far. We believe that we can make our employees feel peaceful, safe and valuable with these steps.”
