24 Yıldır Eğitime Çocuk Gözüyle Bakmayı Başardık… Eğitime müfredat gözüyle bakmak en kolayıydı, sonuçta her şey belliydi ve sınırları kırmızı çizgilerle çizilmişti.
Eğitime eğitimci gözüyle bakmak da işimizi hayli kolaylaştırırdı. Tüm gün çocuklarla birlikteydik, biz kurallar koyardık, onlar uyardı.
Esasen eğitime veli gözüyle bakmak da çok zor olmayabilirdi. Bu durumda akademik başarısı yüksek çocuklar yetiştirmek tek işimiz olabilirdi.
Yirmi yılda bunların hiçbirini denemedik. Maya’da attığımız her adımda bizim baktığımız tek bir yer vardı. Çocukların gözleri… Onlar; bize ne yapmamız gerektiğini, kendileri söyledi.

Bu yüzden çocuklarımızın karşılaşacağı geleceğin çok çok farklı olacağını, buna hazırlanmak gerektiğini tekrar tekrar vurguluyoruz.

Happy Place to Work araştırma süreci son derece şeffaf, güvenilir ve çalışan odaklı yürütüldü. Yapılan anket, çalışanlarımızın deneyimlerini ve beklentilerini samimi bir şekilde ifade edebilmelerine imkan tanıdı. Elde edilen sonuçlar, güçlü yönlerimizi görmemizi sağlarken gelişime açık alanlarımız için de bize yol gösterici oldu. Happy Place to Work araştırma sürecini oldukça kapsamlı, objektif ve güçlü bir metodolojiye sahip bir çalışma olarak değerlendiriyorum. Hem çalışan deneyimini hem de kurumların insan odaklı uygulamalarını bütüncül bir şekilde ele alması, süreci bizim için çok değerli kıldı.
