HAKKINDA
Özdilek Faaliyetlerini 1967 yılında perakende sektörüyle başlatmış, 1971 yılında tekstil sanayisine yapmış olduğu yatırımla sürdürmüştür. Perakende sektöründe 193 noktada hizmetlerini sürdürür. Kiralanabilir konseptte 3 alışveriş merkezi, kendi konseptinde ise 11 alışveriş merkezi bulunur. Her Avm’sinde kendisine ait mağazasıyla ve marketiyle hizmet verir. Konsept Avm’lerinde mağaza ve marketin yanı sıra tüm satış operasyonlarını kendisi yürütür. Ayrıca rakiplerinden farklı olarak her noktasındaki hizmet operasyonlarını da kendisi yürütür. Bunlar dışında, 10 hipermarketi, 10 departman mağazası, 159 ev tekstili mağazası bulunur. Avm’lerinde bulunan diğer hizmet alanları: Eğlence merkezi, sinema ve kafe & restorandır. Ev tekstili sanayisinde, banyo grubunda havlu ve bornoz, yatak odası grubunda ise pike takımı ve nevresim takımı üretir. Modern teknolojiye sahip tam entegre tesislerindeki banyo grubu ürünlere yönelik üretim potansiyeliyle dünyanın sayılı üreticileri arasında yer alır. Yatak odası grubunda ise Türkiye’nin önde gelen markaları arasındadır. Etkin olduğu alanlar: Alışveriş merkezi, Ar-Ge, eğlence merkezi, enerji, ev tekstili, e-commerce, gıda, inşaat, iş merkezi, ithalat & ihracat, kafe & restoran, sağlıklı yaşam merkezi, perakende, sigorta, sinema, turizm, ziraat ve besi çiftliği.
