Avrupa'da alanında sektör lideri müşterilerine özel geliştirdiği yazılım paketlerinin ihracatıyla ülkemizin yüksek teknolojili ihracat ihtiyacına önemli katkı sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca, kendi geliştirdiği yazılım ürünleriyle de doğrudan Türkiye pazarında yer almakta ve yüksek katma değerli teknolojiler üretmektedir.

Happy Place to Work araştırma süreci oldukça sistemli, şeffaf ve çalışan odaklıydı. Biz daima çalışanları ile açık ve şeffaf iletişimi destekleyen bir şirket olarak bu düşüncemizi destekleyen tüm yardımcı faktörlere açığız. Anketler sayesinde ekip arkadaşlarımızın düşüncelerini samimi bir şekilde paylaşabildiği bir alan daha oluştu.
HR Check süreci ise bizim için hem bir aynaya bakmak hem de gelişim alanlarımızı, hem de desteklenmesi gereken alanlarımızı net görmek açısından çok değerliydi. Tüm süreç boyunca kendimizi hem değerli hissettik hem de öğrenmeye açık bir yapıda ilerledik.
Bu ödül bizim için sadece PR için kullanabileceğimiz bir plaket anlamı taşımıyor. Yıllardır üzerine koyarak inşa ettiğimiz güven ortamının, açık iletişimin ve birlikte başarma kültürünün bir yansıması olarak gururla baktığımız emeğimizin göstergesi oldu. Çalışan mutluluğunu önceliklendiren bir şirket olarak, bu ödül motivasyonumuzu artırdı ve doğru yolda olduğumuzu bize bir kez daha gösterdi. Tabii aynı zamanda işveren markamız için de güçlü bir referans haline geldiği yadsınamaz bir gerçek.
Bütünüyle BosphorusISS deyince akla gelmesini dilediğimiz tüm değerleri ve yetkinlikleri içinde barındıran bir örnek haline geldi.
