Otokar, toplu taşımacılık alanında otobüs, nakliye ve lojistik sektörü için hafif kamyon, savunma sanayii için tekerlekli zırhlı ve paletli zırhlı araçlar üretiyor. Yüzde yüz Türk sermayeli global bir şirket olan Otokar, bugün otomotiv ve savunma sanayiinde fikri mülkiyet hakları kendisine ait ürünleri ile yer alıyor.

Hibrit modelin sınırlarını zorlayarak şirket genelinde yaygınlaştırmak, liderlerimizi ve yeteneklerimizi geleceğe hazırlayacak eğitimlerin sıklığını artırmak, çalışma arkadaşlarımızın tecrübelerini farklılaştırmak çalışma arkadaşlarımızın mutluluklarını artırmak için planladığımız aksiyonlardan sadece birkaçı.
