HAKKINDA
Verifone Holdings, Inc. 1981 yılında Hawaii’de kuruldu. 9 Nisan 2018’de Francisco Partners ve British Columbia Investment Management Corporation’ın da yer aldığı bir grup özel sermaye şirketi tarafından satın alındı. Çoğunlukla, güvenlik, teknoloji, yazılım ve donanım alanlarında yatırımları olan Fransisco Partners, genç, dinamik, hepsi alanında uzman güçlü bir yönetim kadrosuna sahip
Verifone Türkiye, 20 yılı aşkın süredir Türkiye pazarında ürün ve hizmet sunmaya devam ediyor. EMEA Bölgesindeki önemli merkez ofislerden biri olan Verifone Türkiye ofisinden, Güneydoğu Avrupa, Ortadoğu ve Afrika Bölgeleri’nin yer aldığı 80’den fazla ülkenin olduğu geniş bir coğrafya yönetiliyor.
Verifone’un küresel ölçekteki servis sağlayıcı konumuna gelme hedefi doğrultusunda, Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından Kayıt Dışı Ekonomi ile Mücadele Eylem Planı dahilinde çıkartılan yeni regülasyonların da etkisiyle Türkiye’de direkt son kullanıcıya yeni ürünler ve çözümler sunan, tüm ihtiyaçlara yönelik donanım, yazılım ve çözüm geliştiren bir servis sağlayıcı şirket haline geldi.

Bunların sonucu olarak da en son 2020 yılında yaptığımız çalışan memnuniyet anketi, Türkiye sonuçlarımızın EMEA bölgesinde en yüksek 3 ülke arasında olduğunu gösterdi.
