HAKKINDA
Türkiye coğrafyasına yayılmış 6 üretim tesisi ve günlük 5 bin ton süt işleme kapasitesiyle süt ve süt ürünleri sektörünün en büyük işletmesi konumundayız.
UHT süt, yoğurt, beyaz ve kaşar peyniri üretimleri ile başlayan yolculuğumuz, bugün süzme peynirden kaymaklı tava yoğurtlara, sütlü tatlılardan kefire kadar uzanan 300’ü aşkın ürün çeşidimizle devam ediyor. Sakarya, Karaman, Lüleburgaz, Kahramanmaraş ve Tire olmak üzere Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerinde bulunan 6 üretim tesisimizde, Türkiye’nin dört bir yanından toplanan sütleri işleyerek doğal ve lezzetli bir şekilde tüketicilere ulaştırıyoruz.
Türkiye’nin en büyük süt ve süt ürünleri üreticisi olarak tüketici markamız İçim ile sütten yoğurda, ayrandan kefire, taze peynirden hazır pudinge kadar doğal, lezzetli, kaliteli ve besleyici pek çok ürünü tüketiciyle buluşturuyoruz.

“Mutlu İşyeri – Türkiye’nin En Mutlu İş Yerleri” araştırmasında gıda sektöründe “Türkiye’nin En Mutlu İş Yeri” ödülünü aldık. Çalışan deneyiminin ölçüldüğü bu araştırma ile gelen ödül aynı zamanda insan odaklı kültürümüzün de bir göstergesi oldu. Ak Gıda ailesi olarak ‘Türkiye’nin En Mutlu İş Yeri’ ödülünü almanın mutluluğunu ve gururunu yaşıyoruz. “İnsan kaynakları süreçlerimizi çalışanlarımızın gelişimini ve refahını sağlamak için oluşturuyoruz. Bu kapsamda pandemi döneminde fark yaratan programları daha da artırdık. Bu programlarla çalışanların sürekli iletişim halinde olabilecekleri, fikir ve önerilerini paylaşabilecekleri, takdir görebilecekleri, kendilerinin ve ailelerinin ruh ve beden sağlığını destekleyen fırsatlar yaratabilecekleri platformlar oluşturuyoruz.
